Meet Nichole

Nichole Reyes, founder

Milieu Consulting was founded in 2022 by Nichole Reyes. Fueled by her passion for making a positive impact, Nichole embarked on a journey to establish a business dedicated to enhancing efficiency following her career in private equity real estate, which spanned nearly a decade.

Nichole's diverse professional experience includes spearheading marketing initiatives for a New York City retail asset portfolio, pioneering a philanthropy program with global outreach, and organizing various successful social events. Her innate ability to empathize with people and comprehend what they want has driven these initiatives to success.

Before venturing into the real estate sector, Nichole served as the Executive Director of a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting children with disabilities. Under her leadership, the organization grew remarkably, expanding its reach to over 100 families, garnering support from hundreds of dedicated volunteers, and was recognized by the New York Yankees.
